I work where product decisions meet the people and engineering needed to make them real. My path runs through project management, product, operations, and now leading Upview Technologies. The thread is simple: build useful things, and build the teams that can carry them forward.

A point of view

I want more ambitious technology to be built from Sri Lanka, and more people to have the opportunity to build it. That starts with useful products, but it also takes teams where people can take responsibility, keep learning, and do work they care about.

Studying software engineering and business gave me two ways to look at the same decision: what can we make, and why should it exist? My work keeps those questions in the same conversation.
